Our client, an international market leader in Point-of-Care (POC) medical solutions, is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join their growing Belgium team. The Role
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across hospitals, laboratories, and primary care settings. You will manage and expand relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, lab managers, procurement teams, and hospital leadership.
This is a consultative, solution-oriented sales role requiring the ability to navigate complex clinical and technical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow the POC medical device portfolio across your assigned region in Belgium and Luxembourg
· Develop strong relationships with clinical, technical, and procurement stakeholders
· Identify new business opportunities and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
· Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to healthcare professionals
· Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
· Deliver accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic sales planning
Requirements:
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in complex medical device sales
· Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals in hospital or clinical environments
· Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
· Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
· Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate multiple decision-makers
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities
· Valid driving license and willingness to travel in the region
