TO DO
During your first three months as a Junior Regional Manager, you'll be fully immersed in the Neuhaus universe. You'll get to know our brand from the inside out: our pralines (by name… and by taste), our customers, our culture, and our unique approach to customer centricity. After this onboarding period, you'll take responsibility for a number of Neuhaus boutiques across Belgium: in Brussels, Flanders, and Wallonia. You'll report to the Retail Manager Benelux and work closely with two experienced Regional Managers, together overseeing a network of over 80 boutiques; both owned and franchised.

between the boutiques and support teams such as Quality, Training, Marketing, and Customer Service.

TO BE
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have a first experience in retail, hospitality, or people management.
* You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
* You have a natural feel for what it means to represent a premium brand. you embody professionalism, authenticity, and elegance.
* You are a people person. A coach who finds energy in helping others grow and perform.
* You have an eye for detail, a sense of opportunity, and a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
