For our client, a global leader in smart automation, IoT, and electrical solutions, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on account manager to accelerate the growth of their service business through a targeted ecosystem of partners and installers.
If you’re passionate about combining strategy, market execution, and relationship building, this role offers the opportunity to drive impact at the intersection of technology and services.
Your Mission – 3 Key Pillars
1. Market Strategy & Ecosystem Mapping (Strategical Doing)
You act as the market radar, helping to identify and prioritize the best growth opportunities:
* Spot the largest and most strategic installers in the market.
* Identify companies with strong field service teams and complementary offerings.
* Pinpoint high-potential players who align with the service strategy.
* Evaluate and prioritize leads based on relevance, scalability, and growth potential.
2. Partner Activation & Relationship Management
Once the strategy is in place, you bring it to life:
* Launch new partnerships and guide them through onboarding and early-stage execution.
* Define joint business plans and engagement models for mutual success.
* Manage existing relationships, acting as the trusted point of contact for service partners.
* Drive long-term alignment and performance within the partner ecosystem.
3. Service Offering Promotion & Demand Generation
You help amplify our client's service value through the right channels:
* Promote high-value services across the partner network and broader market.
* Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
* Equip partners with the right training, tools, and messaging to succeed.
* Track KPIs and optimize based on data-driven insights and market feedback.

* Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or services go-to-market strategies.
* A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
* Knowledge of indirect sales models and partner-driven ecosystems.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Background in technology, automation, energy, or industrial services is highly valued.
* Fluent in Dutch OR French and English; other languages are a plus.
