About the Role
As an Asset & Transaction Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic development, value optimization, and long‑term performance of our Belgian healthcare real estate portfolio. You combine analytical strength and a deep understanding of real estate dynamics to source new opportunities, manage tenant relations, and secure high‑quality transactions.
This position is central to Cofinimmo's growth strategy and offers autonomy, impact, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
Development & Transactions
Follow market trends and regulatory developments within your segment. Build and maintain a network of market actors to identify new opportunities early-stage.
Conduct regular visits with tenants to anticipate new opportunities.
Lead the sourcing and bidding process until acquisition due diligence. Prepare high-quality presentations for the Direction Committee.
Asset Management
Negotiate and renegotiate leases, extensions, and contract revisions. Maintain close relationships with key accounts and monitor their expectations. Analyze market information to support effective portfolio management.
Follow and monitor closely financial KPIs and review of financial statements of tenants and operators.
Property Management Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for building- and contract-related matters. Ensure compliance with rental agreements and regulations.
Plan and budget CAPEX and maintenance works to preserve asset quality.
Your Skills & Profile
Strong knowledge of NL, FR, and ENG—written and spoken.
Solid financial knowledge and comfort with KPIs & business plans.
Demonstrated commercial and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration. Adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving.
