Drive Business Growth as a Cluster Sales Manager
Your mission is to develop innovative sales strategies with passion and vision, successfully implementing them and continuously improving processes. As a motivated Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing commercial plans that interpret business objectives and map out actions and strategies to support the positioning of two newly opened hotels.
Your Working Day Includes:
* Create and execute a commercial plan that interprets objectives of the business and maps out the actions and strategies to support the positioning of the hotels.
* Implement commercial strategies for existing and new business opportunities, responsible for negotiating client contracts and maintaining client relationships.
* Closely cooperate with the hotel General Manager, Area Sales Manager, Area Director of Sales, and Revenue team to continuously align and devise strategies and tactics.
* Develop strategic plans and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market place.
Your Profile:
You should have experience in a Sales capacity within the hospitality industry. You must be able to comfortably discuss business development and make informed decisions/recommendations at a senior level. Ideally, you have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are upskilling teams.
