To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Site IT Migration & ERP Expert to support one of our partners near Brussels. In this role, you will play a central part in the deployment of a new ERP landscape, ensuring seamless system integration, strong data migration governance, and operational continuity in a highly regulated environment.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major transformation program while collaborating with cross‑functional teams at site and global level.
Your Responsibilities
As Site IT Migration & ERP Expert, you will contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of a new ERP ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include:
ERP Migration & Implementation
* Lead and coordinate ERP migration activities on‑site, ensuring alignment with the global program strategy
* Map business processes with functional stakeholders to support system design and data migration
* Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of ERP‑related project milestones, ensuring minimal impact on GMP operations
* Support system validation activities in collaboration with global teams.
Technical Expertise & Support
* Act as the point of contact for ERP‑related technical questions and issue resolution.
* Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Ensure data readiness, quality, and successful migration prior to go‑live.
* Provide user support, training materials, and hypercare after deployment.
Cross‑Functional Project Support
* Collaborate with IT, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other site functions
* Support the broader IT integration roadmap and contribute to multi‑disciplinary technical workstreams
* Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, proposing mitigation strategies.
What You Bring
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
* You have minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management or ERP deployment roles (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
* You have a strong understanding of system integrations, data migration, and business process mapping
* You have experience in GxP‑regulated environments and validation activities
* With excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* And proactive mindset, problem‑solving attitude, and ability to work in dynamic project environments
* You are fluent in both English and French.
