💼 Your Mission : Recruit Our Future Talented Business Manager!
As an International Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for a dynamic and evolving international geographic area, managing a portfolio of open recruitments for Business Manager positions. You will :
* Craft and publish job postings online, ensuring they attract top talent.
* Proactively source high-potential candidates on LinkedIn using your Recruiter license.
* Conduct in-depth interviews to assess personality, skills, and career aspirations, then provide structured feedback.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate submission to final integration.
* Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
* Stay connected with new hires, making sure they thrive within the Group.
* Develop initiatives to boost employer branding (partnerships with schools, social media engagement, etc.).
* You will contribute to improving existing recruitment processes by suggesting innovative solutions.
🏃 Your Profile
You already have experience in recruitment, including sourcing via LinkedIn, ideally for engineering or commercial roles. You are autonomous in all the fundamentals of recruitment, with the curiosity and drive to refine your approach and expand your expertise.
* You speak fluent Dutch and English as you will recruit for international roles across multiple countries, including Belgium and the Netherlands. French and Spanish are a plus.
* You have excellent writing skills and a keen eye for spelling and grammar.
* You hold a Master’s degree (BAC+5).
* You love headhunting—you don’t just wait for applications to come in, you go out and find the best talent!
