Headit is looking for an Office Administrator based in Zaventem.
For an international and structured organization, we are currently looking for a versatile Office Administrator. You will take on a varied role combining administrative responsibilities with practical coordination tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Where will you be working?

The Belgian office plays a key role within the broader European operations. You will be part of a dynamic and international setting, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you act as a central point of contact and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
* You manage reception tasks and act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communication (phone/mail);
* You coordinate office and facility-related matters, such as maintenance, repairs, and supplier follow-up;
* You provide general administrative support, including coordinating business travel, processing documents, following up on invoices, and managing office supplies;
* You support fleet management by maintaining records, following up on maintenance, and handling related administrative processes;
* You assist international employees with relocation-related administration and practical arrangements;
* You provide administrative support regarding safety and prevention topics.
What does your profile look like?
* You preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role;
* You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch (French is a strong asset).
* You have strong organizational skills, can multitask effectively, and work accurately;
* You have a proactive and service-oriented mindset;
* You hold a valid Belgian driver’s license.
