LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Employee Benefits to join our team.
You will be responsible for :
1. Identify business needs, trends, and competition
2. Define product strategy
3. Propose product & service improvements
4. Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
5. Act as interface between the stakeholders and project management
6. Bridge the business needs with IT
SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE GOT
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
Background:
7. At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
8. Employee benefits experience
Soft skills & Knowledge:
9. Fluency in English and French/Dutch is a must
10. Strong knowledge of technical aspects of banking transaction
11. Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.)
12. Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
13. Able to communicate with senior management
14. Analytical mind – conceptual thinking
15. Negotiation and persuasion skills
16. Structured approach
17. Able to work independently
18. Problem-solver
19. Quality-minded and eye for detail
