LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Banking & Payments team.
You will be responsible for :
1. Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
2. Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
3. Gather accurate requirements and create user stories
4. Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements
5. Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE GOT
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
Background :
6. 5 - 10 years Business Analysis experience
7. Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
8. Familiar with Epic, User Story Writing
9. Agile methodology experience
10. Financial Industry experience
11. Experience in Commercial, Digital and Retail banking
Softskills & Knowledge:
12. Fluency in English and French/Dutch is a must
13. Ability to create Business Cases
14. Ability to run sessions with stakeholders to get requirements
15. Independently leading sessions to gather information from key stakeholders
16. Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
Good to show us:
17. Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage
