**Operations Coordinator Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

* Managing documents and reports for Management Meetings,
* Coordinating internal projects: monitoring and managing action plans,
* Overseeing car leasing contracts,
* Organizing internal events and communicating with stakeholders,
* Welcoming and managing visitors,
* Coordinating catering for internal and external events,
* Booking hotels for business trips,
* Providing support for ad hoc requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
* Proficiency in English,
* Strong skills in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines,
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities,
* Confidentiality and discretion,
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various hierarchical levels.
