Starting September 1st, 2026, we are looking for one trainee to join our Management Trainee Program (2 years) | International Rotation in Year 2.


Group Management Trainee Program:


As a Management Trainee at BME Spain, you will be part of a dynamic company and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and your first leadership responsibilities across different areas. You will work closely with various departments, gain deep insights into our wholesale and retail business, and develop a comprehensive understanding of operational and strategic decision-making. Together, we will lay the foundation for your successful career.

Program structure:


Year 1

• First 6 months of operational experience in branches or distribution centres.

• Next 6 months in the trainee's functional department.


Year 2

• Two or three additional assignments in different disciplines in another organisation abroad within the Group to broaden knowledge.


After completing the program, the goal is for you to take on a leadership role within BME Spain.


Minimum requirements:


• •Recent graduate with a strong academic record (Management)

• Up to 2 years of professional experience

• Authorization to work in Europe before the program starts date

• Excellent time management and autonomy

• Open mindset and curiosity about managing a dynamic commercial business

• Native Spanish and business professional in English (additional languages such as German, French, or Portuguese are a plus)

• Willingness to work and travel across Europe

• Driving license (Category B)


Selection process: Apply until April 24th, 2026 (program starts in September 2026)


• Online application: CV + video pitch (max. 2 minutes, in English)

• Online assessment: Evaluation of personality, potential, resilience, and cognitive skills

• Final stage: In - house assessment including talent pitch, speed interviews, and role plays (June 18th, Netherlands – travel expenses covered)
