BuzzyNest is a provider of 'flexible office space' & ‘coworking spaces’. Founded at the end of 2016, BuzzyNest was an early adopter in the coworking environment. The concept of BuzzyNest is a hip, creative framework where many raw and natural materials are used. As a result, we have created a very typical look & feel. The goal of the Nest is to further grow to an established player within the flexworking / coworking business. Due to the expansion in the number of locations and a strong growth in the number of members, we need to scale up our current operational structure. As a result, we are looking for an operational expert who will be responsible for leading the daily operations and optimising the internal processes. Your task will include directing and following up community managers, following up new leads, setting up commercial actions and reporting directly to BuzzyNest's partners. In the job you will have a lot of responsibility and room for entrepreneurial activity. Further, you will work in close contact with the other members of the team. Most important tasks: - Creation of a collaborative environment amongst our members - Setting up a marketing strategy for the launch of new locations - Achieving of 100% occupancy by achieving sales goals - Take responsibility for sales and community dynamics - Direct reporting to the partners of BuzzyNest - Scaling up the operation Skills: - Strong organizational skills - Strong verbal and written communication - Dutch, French & English is a must - Team player - Full of energy - Entrepreneurial minded - Understanding and experience managing a team At least 5 years of experience in an operational position related to the real estate sector or coworking industry.
