The Mission We are appointing a high-level clinician for a specialized 1:1 nursing mandate caring for an 80-year-old VIP. This role offers a prestigious alternative to hospital wards, taking you through the Mediterranean's most exclusive coordinates—including Monaco, the Amalfi Coast, Ibiza, and the Greek Islands. You will ensure clinical continuity and patient comfort while living aboard a world-class superyacht.
The Team You will integrate into a medical department that operates with military precision:
* Lead British Doctor: Provides 24/7 medical command and clinical support.
* Physiotherapists: Dedicated experts focused on the patient’s mobility and physical therapy.
* Nursing Team: A collaborative unit of highly experienced, Western-trained nurses.
The Safety We strictly adhere to a Double-Nurse Shift System to mitigate fatigue and ensure absolute patient safety. You will never be sole-charge on duty; a qualified nursing partner will always be present, providing you with the necessary support to maintain high-acuity vigilance.
The Process
* Phase 1: CV Screening & Professional Credential Audit.
* Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote).
* Phase 3: Deployment to the vessel in the Mediterranean.
Requirements
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western university is mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum 4 years of rigorous experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
* Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required for all maritime communications.
* Profile: Discreet, professionally versatile, and capable of delivering elite care in a private setting.
