Eurpeoples customer is seeking an experienced SAP HR consultant to join its assignment in Belgium. The selected candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on SAP HR experience as well as specific project-based experience with Open Text xECM.
Responsibilities
1. You will be a focal point for designing solutions from a business perspective.
2. You will have extensive expertise related to HR Service Delivery models, especially in international/complex implementations of SAP HR and digital personnel file solutions, within the context of creating an HR Shared Service Center.
3. You will define proposed solutions based on your knowledge of SAP HR, OpenText xECM, Content Server, and EFM.
4. You will handle customizing and be responsible for designing the solution, including monitoring developments and installations.
5. You will deliver technical documentation.
Technical Skills
1. Familiarity with HR Service Delivery models based on extensive project experience.
2. Proven ability to manage yourself and subprojects; PRINCE2 Foundation certification or equivalent is required.
3. Fluency in software technologies: SAP HR, OpenText xECM, OpenText EFM, Content Server, Archive Server, Enterprise Scan.
4. Certification in relevant Open Text technologies.
5. Good knowledge of Open Text xECM, Content Server, and Archive Server architecture, especially regarding interface design.
6. Understanding of best practices in implementing SAP HR, OpenText xECM, and EFM components.
7. Experience designing lean processes in administrative environments.
All applicants must have excellent communication skills and FLUENT ENGLISH. Fluency in FRENCH and/or DUTCH is a distinct advantage.
