Skills, knowledge, experience required:
* A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
* At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization;
* Experience deploying communication and collaboration software (such as video conferencing systems, team messaging applications, and document sharing platforms).
Desirable:
* Experience with collaboration solutions from major vendors like Cisco, Poly and Pexip;
* Qualification of Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration);
* Experience with monitoring platforms and protocols such as CA Spectrum, nGenius One, SNMPv3, Syslog, etc.
Duties/role:
* Performing service continuity improvement tasks on the NATO voice & VTC infrastructures;
* Supporting innovation efforts related to voice and video conferencing technology;
* Working with the project management team and providing technical support to projects to enhance and improve the existing infrastructure and services.
