Job Description The Business Center Director West-Flanders will steer and develop the Relationship Advisory Team within West-Flanders, building relationships with top clients in the region to enhance the bank's position and increase market share. The strategic challenges involved are as follows:
Responsible for setting and achieving ambitious client & business growth targets for the region (new client acquisition, increase NPS, etc)
Implement omnichannel advice for all customers in the Relationship segment
Final responsibility for the clients in scope and P&L ownership for the Relationship segment in geographical area BC West-Flanders
People management: Inspire and motivate the commercial team
Safe & Compliant: responsible for delivery a safe and secure advice experience compliant with relevant internal & external rules & legislation
Collaboration: ensures optimal cross-segment corporation with stakeholders and departments
The Successful Applicant
Proven working experience in Business Banking / Corporate sales
Extensive experience of Credit (Risk)
Proven track record in sales, incl. client acquisition / management
Leadership and people management skills (10+ fte)
Financial acumen, analytical and decision-making skills
Fluency in Dutch is a must, French & English a nice to have
