We are looking for a Level 3 Application Support Engineer to support enterprise applications based on COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) solutions and cloud technologies. You will join a collaborative team responsible for ensuring high availability and optimal performance of key business applications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
Act as Level 3 support for incidents and service requests related to COTS and cloud-based applications
Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams
Maintain up-to-date documentation of incidents, changes, and technical solutions
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support process enhancements
Assist with application lifecycle activities such as upgrades and configuration changes
Your profile
Minimum 6 years of experience in application support or a similar role
Strong understanding of COTS applications and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
Skilled in working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
Comfortable producing clear technical documentation
Team-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused
Fluent in English (written and spoken) - French is an asset
Secret-level security clearance is required
