Our client, a major player in the Belgian energy sector, is looking for a Program Management Officer / Technical Planning Officer to support the planning and coordination of activities related to secondary systems within large-scale infrastructure projects.
The consultant will join a technical environment focused on the reliability, safety and performance of critical energy infrastructure. The role is mainly oriented toward planning, project support, coordination and administrative follow-up, with exposure to technical topics such as Factory Acceptance Tests — FAT, protection systems, automation, RTU, DCS and SCADA-related systems.
The consultant will support the planning and follow-up of Factory Acceptance Tests — FAT for secondary systems.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Update and maintain project and planning data.
2. Support the planning and adjustment of FAT dates based on deliveries and available project information.
3. Follow up deadlines related to studies, diagrams, orders and project deliverables.
4. Identify and escalate risks, delays or missing information.
5. Prepare and send planning updates to internal teams and suppliers.
6. Support FAT preparation by requesting checklists and checking deliverable availability.
7. Provide administrative and communication support between project stakeholders, designers, project managers and suppliers.
You have the following skills
8. First experience in planning, project support, administration or PMO support.
9. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or technical-administrative field, or equivalent relevant experience.
10. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a structured and accurate way.
11. Basic analytical mindset to understand planning changes and project impact.
12. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
13. Willingness to learn and work in a technical environment.
14. Experience with technical planning, FAT coordination, energy, industrial or infrastructure environments is a plus.
Votre profil
15. You have at least 3 years of professional experiences in IT
16. If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG
