Training Center Assistant
Purpose of the job:
As a training center assistant, you will perform all practical arrangements for the training courses from the Training Center. In addition to this you will organizational and administratively support the planning and implementation of all training sessions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Order, collect, organize and prepare all materials and equipment used during the trainings making sure all equipment (motors, lights, microphone, beamers, camera…) are in place and perfectly working Prepare the laboratory and training rooms for the courses
2. Stock management of materials, models, equipment and leaflets
3. Prepare the certificates and evaluation forms for each course
4. Gather and implement the necessary information for training programs in consultation with the trainer and GC offices
5. Collect and input of the satisfaction data and number of participants into excel for reporting after each course
6. Promotion of upcoming and current Campus events on social media programs (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn…)
7. Communicate with GC offices, invited speakers and all GCE departments to follow up for course arrangements: materials, models and special requests ensuring a smooth flow of info and communication.
8. Supply course pictures, news and special information to be uploaded in the GCE website.
9. Ensure room availability by keeping a logbook with room reservations for the meeting rooms for the trainings in Campus
10. Support the Hospitality Officer with the planning, organization and reception of the visitors
Requirements:
11. Bachelor degree or equal to experience of 2 to 5 years is preferred
12. Excellent command of English and Dutch
13. You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
14. You are customer oriented, stress resistant and flexible
15. Advanced Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledge (excel, powerpoint,...)
16. Capable of making social media posts, including taking pictures
