Cyber & Strategic Risk
We help clients address various aspects of Cyber and other strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.
Our objective is to help clients develop and implement strategies for IT risk management and aim to help clients find the appropriate balance between risk management and cost containment. Our integrated solutions covering: Cyber Strategy, Cyber Security, Cyber Vigilance, Cyber Resilience.
Work you'll do
Operational Support & BAU: Provide expert support for live CyberArk environments (PAS, PSM, CPM). Resolve complex incidents, perform health checks, and manage the privileged account lifecycle. Develop and maintain operational runbooks.
Hotfix & Patching Management: Proactively monitor CyberArk advisories. Assess risk, plan, and execute the application of hotfixes and patches following strict change management. Develop and test rollback plans to ensure platform stability.
Implementation & Optimization: Contribute to deployments, integrations, and upgrades of the CyberArk suite. Develop custom connectors and configure policies to meet client requirements.
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor on PAM best practices. Support audit/compliance activities and recommend continuous improvements to security posture.

We are looking for someone with
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering and operational support experience in enterprise environments.
Proven, specific experience in performing CyberArk BAU support, hotfix, and patching activities (must be able to detail in interview).
CyberArk Defender and Sentry certifications are mandatory. Guardian/CDE is a plus.
Deep technical expertise in Core PAS, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP.
Strong scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and Windows/Linux OS knowledge.
Solid understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on both CyberArk on-premises and SaaS solutions
Nice to have: Experience with CyberArk Conjur or other modules (CCEM, OPM, etc.).
Nice to have: Background in a managed services or 24/7 support model.
Nice to have: Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Nice to have: Other identity solution experience on SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, etc.
