What You’ll Do
* Create, implement, and iterate on AI based high-quality motion and visual effects using Unity and After Effects-Like tools.
* Develop automated Unity and After Effects workflows to streamline content creation.
* Explore and apply AI-based tools for motion, animation, and visual design.
* Work closely with artists, designers, and developers to build seamless visual experiences.
* Develop lightweight technical solutions and prototypes to test visual ideas quickly.
* Support asset integration, optimization, and performance in Unity.
What We’re Looking For
* Proficiency in Unity, with an understanding of how to create and control visual elements.
* Experience with motion graphics and/or After Effects.
* Strong curiosity and drive to explore AI animation tools and learn on the job.
* A creative problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
* Comfortable collaborating across disciplines with both technical and artistic teams.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with tools like Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ComfyUI or similar AI motion solutions.
* Shader knowledge or light scripting experience in Unity.
* Background in animation, VFX, or interactive media.
