As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, maintenance, HSQE, scheduling, stock, customs, laboratory, and industrial projects. You will manage a team around 100 people and ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.Your key responsibilities will include:Implementing the medium- and long-term strategy of the site in alignment with group policiesDriving performance improvements and cost optimization across all operational processesSupporting HSQE policies and ensuring compliance with High Threshold regulationsManaging ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and steering continuous improvement initiativesLeading innovation projects (e.G., energy recovery) and supporting new product/process developmentOverseeing OPEX and CAPEX budgets and resource allocationBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and local authoritiesPromoting a positive social climate and chairing the CSE and CSSCTActing as a member of the site's Management CommitteeThe ideal candidate will have:A degree in industrial engineering or general engineeringAt least 7 years of experience in industrial operations, ideally within a regulated environment (Chemical industry is preferred)Strong leadership and negotiation skillsProven experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvementFluency in English and in FrenchA strategic leadership role within a high-impact industrial environmentOpportunity to shape the future of a key manufacturing siteFull package of extralegal benefitsInternational exposure and collaboration across European sites
