* Manage, coach, and develop one or several IT application teams.
* Ensure team engagement, performance, and skills development.
* Actively support organizational, process, and technology changes.
* Ensure teams and stakeholders adopt new ways of working, tools, and solutions.
* Anticipate resistance to change and implement mitigation actions.
* Serve as a trusted, hands-on partner to the Head of Applications.
* Translate strategic roadmaps and objectives into operational execution.
Profiel
* Proven experience in IT team management within an applications or delivery environment.
* Solid experience in project management and change management.
* Good understanding of application lifecycle management and IT delivery models.
* Experience acting as a bridge between strategy and execution is a strong asset.
* Trilingual: English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written - mandatory).
* Comfortable working in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
