This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative & Procurement Officer to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and logistics operations and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in SAP/Salesforce or Odoo. They will also possess excellent English language skills and be able to maintain accurate records in systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and process orders, supplier invoices, and internal approvals
2. Perform administrative tasks related to purchase and sales processes
3. Maintain and update records in systems
4. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
5. Assist in preparing reports as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Proven proficiency in SAP/Salesforce or Odoo
* Good level of English required
