Business Development Manager Isotank Transportation Location: Belgium, Netherlands, or Spain About the Role Our client is an international logistics company specializing in isotank container transportation. As part of their European expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen their presence in Belgium, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in isotank or liquid bulk logistics, capable of driving growth, securing new clients, and expanding business opportunities in these markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers in isotank transportation across the assigned region.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in chemical, petrochemical, and related industries.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to provide insights and strategies.Meet and exceed defined sales and business development targets. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years of direct sales experience in isotank transportation or liquid bulk logistics.Established client network in Belgium, the Netherlands, or United Kingdom highly desirable.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.Fluency in English; additional European languages (Dutch, French) are an advantage.Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market.
