For their Antwerp location, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager (m/f/d) to be responsible for all HR activities, both strategically and operationally.
Overall responsibility for all HR matters throughout the employee lifecycleActing as a sparring partner for senior management on employment law and strategic issuesCollaboration with senior management & employee representativesManagement of payroll, compensation & HR processesFurther development of HR structures, culture & employer brandingResponsibility for recruitment & staff development (particularly in industrial/technical roles)
Several years' HR experience, ideally in logistics, industry or engineeringIn-depth knowledge of Belgian employment lawExperience with industrial staff & trade unionsA key role reporting directly to senior management
