As we scale, we’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to strengthen onboarding, adoption and customer relationships.


Your Role


As Customer Success Manager, you guide customers from onboarding to long-term happy customers.

You work closely with our COO, Customer Success Engineers (CSEs), Product Owner and Engineering to ensure that customers are successful, supported and growing.

You bring structure, clarity and positive energy.

You are proactive, organised and not afraid to challenge unclear expectations.


What You’ll Do


* Own the customer relationship after the deal is agreed
* Run onboarding plans together with our CSE team
* Help customers adopt Docbyte Vault effectively and confidently
* Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs
* Monitor customer health, usage and risks
* Identify new requirements and expansion opportunities
* Document customer needs and feed them into Product
* Coordinate with Support and Engineering on escalations
* Ensure a smooth, predictable customer experience


Who You Are


* 3–7 years experience in Customer Success, account management or SaaS delivery
* Structured, communicative and customer-focused
* Strong at building trust and managing expectations
* Comfortable with technology (APIs, integrations, IAM basics)
* Proactive problem-solver with a “make it happen” mindset
* Able to collaborate with technical teams and translate complexity
* Fluent in Dutch and preferably French and English
* Bonus: experience in finance, insurance, pharma or public sector
