For our client in Farciennes, we are looking for a Senior Cost Manager (CSA)
Mission
* Lead the commercial and cost-management activities for an 80MW hyperscale data centre project, ensuring accuracy, value, and financial control across all CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) scopes.
* Oversee estimating, tender evaluations, and onsite cost control processes to secure optimal market pricing and quality outcomes.
* Manage commercial and contract matters throughout the project lifecycle, including change orders, interim valuations, and final account settlements.
* Produce detailed cost plans, estimates, and financial forecasts to support client decision-making and maintain positive cash flow.
* Drive continuous improvement by delivering cost analyses, lessons learned, and value-engineering insights for future project phases.
Profile
* Solid experience in CSA estimating and cost management, ideally gained on complex infrastructure projects such as data centres, battery plants, life science facilities, or semiconductor sites.
* Degree in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven track record in both pre- and post-contract cost management, including tender analysis, budgeting, and contract administration.
* Strong communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, thriving in high-performance, multicultural project teams.
