ContextA major organization is seeking an experienced ICT Asset Management Expert to strengthen and evolve its asset management governance within a complex, decentralized environment.The mission focuses on structuring, standardizing, and optimizing asset lifecycle management processes, ensuring high data quality, performance tracking, and alignment with organizational strategy.Main ObjectivesStrengthen and improve the current asset management governance frameworkDefine and implement KPIs and performance metrics (including resilience & asset availability)Standardize and optimize asset lifecycle processesEnsure data quality, governance, and reporting across the organizationSupport organizational change and adoptionKey Responsibilities1. Governance & Process DesignImprove and implement asset management governance frameworksDefine processes covering asset lifecycle, inventory, maintenance, and data managementPropose and structure a Master Data Cell (scope, roles, responsibilities)2. Performance Management & KPIsDefine and implement KPIs and process metricsSet up process performance monitoring and reportingAnalyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities3. Documentation & StandardizationDocument processes, workflows, roles, and tools in alignment with ICT strategyDevelop and maintain asset lifecycle documentation (AS-IS and TO-BE)Ensure consistency and standardization across the organization4. Change Management & AdoptionSupport organizational change through stakeholder engagement and key usersEnsure transversal adoption of processes across business and IT teamsFacilitate workshops and drive alignment between stakeholders5. Data Governance & Workflow OptimizationImplement workflows ensuring data accuracy, lifecycle tracking, and historizationDrive initiatives such as data cleaning and process automationEnsure the overall quality, performance, and compliance of the asset management process6. Reporting & CommunicationSet up and maintain process reporting frameworksCommunicate performance insights to stakeholdersContribute to governance meetings and cross-functional coordination7. Continuous Improvement & InnovationPropose pragmatic improvements to enhance process efficiency and robustnessPerform ongoing technology watch on asset management practices and toolsKey DeliverablesAsset Lifecycle documentation (AS-IS and TO-BE)Defined and implemented KPIs & performance tracking modelSetup and operationalization of a Master Data CellProcess governance framework and documentationReporting dashboards and analytical insightsE-learning materials supporting adoptionTechnical / Functional Skills10+ years of experience (expert level)Minimum 5 years in asset management (IT or physical assets)Proven experience in: Governance setup in decentralized environments, Process design and optimization, Asset lifecycle management (including cost, workforce, stock interactions)Experience with SAP PM or similar asset management toolsStrong knowledge of asset management best practices (ISO 5500x or equivalent)Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (IT, business, operations)Methodologies (Nice to Have)Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, statistical analysis)Change management frameworksExperience in transformation programsCertifications such as ITIL, BPM, Project ManagementLanguagesFluent in French or Dutch (mandatory)
