SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Help Daikin Europe Team (Route and Retail Department) to implement a new EU loyalty program. The intern, with the support of DENV Team, should: •Analyze/Study the current loyalty program in place in all EU affiliates, using materials already available at Daikin Europe side or asking directly to affiliates •Prepare a summary of the current loyalty program in place in all EU affiliates (ideally a sort of guideline of the current loyalty program) •Visualize/Show the common and the different areas/points among all the EU loyalty program •Prepare a new EU loyalty program based on the inputs above and collect feedback from all affiliates Eager to learn At Daikin, you will join an international and innovative working environment where learning and personal growth are key.
