Job Title: Key Account Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts within designated business units and geographies.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage top and bottom lines for assigned accounts and develop business plans for strategic accounts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across different levels (T2T, management) and geographies (Europe, US, Asia).
* Negotiate pricing agreements and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts.
* Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications.
* Forecast key account metrics and establish budgets with the company and its customers.
* Provide market intelligence and competitor information.
* Assist in developing new market opportunities and execute marketing strategies.
* Independently handle complex issues and escalate only the most complex ones.
* Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, logistics, quality, production, and supply chain.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in business or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B food ingredients or food engineering.
* Understanding of the frozen food industry is a plus.
* Able to manage diverse customer needs and write key account management plans.
* Familiarity with KPI-driven reporting and sales excellence.
* Team player with multicultural environment adaptability.
* Able to handle complexity and prioritize tasks.
* Proficient in Dutch, English, and French.
* Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
* Open to occasional travel.
