Your tasks and responsibilities
· You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
· You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
· You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the DHL network, carriers, and customers;
· You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
· You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure.
Your profile
· You have at least 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding;
· You have strong documentation and Letter of Credit knowledge;
· You are familiar with Incoterms;
· You have good computer skills with basic knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.;
· You have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
· You are willing to come to the office daily (remote work is not possible);
· You work accurately and organized and are a team player;
· You are stress-resistant and can work under time pressure;
· You communicate easily with colleagues and customers.
