Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) within the Inclusions portfolio, you will drive profitable growth across Global and Regional Key Accounts by combining deep technical expertise with commercial leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping customer strategies, commercializing new innovations, and translating complex customer needs into compelling, market‑ready solutions.
Working at the intersection of sales, innovation, and operations, you will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact projects, support regional sales execution, and identify white spaces that fuel long‑term growth. This role offers broad exposure, end‑to‑end ownership of strategic initiatives, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a highly collaborative, global organization.

* Drive profitable growth across Global and Regional Key Accounts within the Inclusions portfolio
* Shape and execute account strategies that connect customer needs with product and category growth
* Act as the technical and commercial authority for complex, high‑value customer projects
* Commercialize new innovations, identifying white spaces and unlocking new opportunities
* Lead cross‑functional teams to design winning, customer‑centric solutions
* Support and enable regional sales teams in executing the Inclusions business strategy
* Build strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders across regions and functions
* Influence go/no‑go decisions by balancing feasibility, resources, and commercial impact


What Makes You the Right Fit

* Strong technical and commercial expertise in food ingredients or specialty products
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management
* Ability to switch seamlessly between technical, marketing, and commercial perspectives
* Solid analytical and financial acumen, with a data‑driven mindset
* Comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities in a matrix organization
* Natural collaborator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Results‑oriented, proactive, and energized by turning opportunities into outcomes
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills
* Fluency in both English and German is required
