Geel, Belgium – Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
* Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, people, and environment.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all SQCDPE dimensions.
* Develop and coach your team, enabling active contribution to performance and process enhancements.
* Translate strategy into daily execution, adapting tactical and operational plans in line with long-term goals.
* Prepare and lead customer meetings (MBR, QBR), presenting KPIs and actionable insights.
* Understand customer priorities and translate them into internal improvement proposals to strengthen satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial operational role ideally within Contract Logistics and/or Healthcare.
* Strong analytical mindset, results-driven, committed to customer satisfaction and quality excellence.
* Skilled communicator and team coach, solid negotiation abilities and diplomacy to build consensus across teams and stakeholders.
* Resilient and positive attitude, able to thrive under pressure and maintain focus in high-stress environments.
* Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or willingness to obtain it); familiarity with 5S, fishbone diagrams, and process mapping highly valued.
* Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
