As Senior Business Controller, you will own the financial control, reporting and performance management of the Belgian operations, while acting as a true business partner to the leadership team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Owning monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs) with clear, value-added commentary to local leadership and Group
* Ensuring robust financial controls, compliance and accounting accuracy under Belgian and international standards
* Leading statutory accounts, audits and local tax compliance in collaboration with external advisors and Group teams
* Driving budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis in close partnership with FP&A
* Acting as a strategic finance partner to operations, supporting business plans, projects and investment decisions
* Managing cash flow, working capital, treasury reporting and forecasts
* Developing best-in-class finance processes, systems and controls
* Leading, structuring and motivating a growing local finance team in a changing environment
You are a hands-on, finance professional who enjoys combining operational finance, leadership and strategic impact.
You bring:
* A Master degree in Finance / Business Management / Economics - or equivalent
* At least 5 years of financial experience - Experience in Controlling is a must
* Strong experience in financial controlling, reporting and compliance within a Belgian entity
