The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office 365 and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role with a focus on Office 365
* In-depth knowledge of Office 365 apps and services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Outlook
* Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, PowerShell for Office 365, and other administrative tools used to manage Office 365 environments
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Office 365
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and user-friendly manner
* A strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle high volumes of requests and manage priorities effectively
