To further professionalize our technical department, we are looking for a
hands-on Technical Department Lead
with a strong technical background — someone who brings structure, keeps oversight, and isn't afraid to take an active role when needed.
Your Role
As the Technical Department Lead, you will be the central link between engineering, production, and sales. You coordinate day-to-day operations, follow up on technical projects in collaboration with the Operations Manager, and provide technical support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish structure and clear deadlines within technical projects, in coordination with the Operations Manager.
* Lead, support, and guide a small technical team to achieve high-quality results.
* Drive innovation by developing, testing, and evaluating new ideas and technical improvements.
* Oversee all technical aspects of projects — from design to delivery — including documentation, calculations, and customer communication.
* Build and share technical knowledge within the team to ensure continuity and expertise.
Your Profile
We are looking for a technically skilled professional (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic background) who combines expertise with leadership.
* Experience in an industrial or technical environment.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Structured, results-oriented, and communicative.
* Willing to travel occasionally for customer or project visits, both domestically and abroad.
* A proactive, hands-on mindset — no strict 9-to-5 mentality.
