As a KYC Agent Insurance your responsibilities are:
* Conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Reviewing and verifying client documentation and information for accuracy and completeness.
* Maintaining up-to-date and organized client records in internal systems.
* Identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or inconsistencies in client data.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
* Providing support in audits and regulatory inspections.
* Staying informed about changes in regulations and ensuring processes are updated accordingly.
* Offering guidance to clients regarding KYC procedures and requirements.
Jouw profiel
A successful KYC Agent Insurance should have:
* A degree in finance, law, or a related field.
* First experience in operational KYC.
* Great knowledge of English with additional Dutch or French.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
