Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Join our team and embark on a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will be able to fulfill your career ambitions within a fast-growing organization. As a Construction Coordinator, you will act as a technical and functional expert in the industrial sector, while representing our organization to our partners thanks to your interpersonal skills and ability to foster trust.
Your missions
* Coordinate, supervise, and control daily construction activities on site
* Act as the main point of contact for contractors and ensure effective information flow between stakeholders
* Chair contractor meetings and participate in site meetings
* Track and record technical and administrative changes during and after works
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to continuous improvement on site
Your profile
* Academic background: Degree in engineering or equivalent in construction or industrial fields
* Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in site coordination or industrial project management
* Fluency in dutch and english, french in a plus
* Tools/software: Experience with Civil 3D, site coordination, supervision, and technical documentation management
* Experience with generative AI tools is appreciated
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
