To attract the best Dutch speaking candidates and bring to life our employer branding strategy, the Odoo Recruitment Team is looking for a very dynamic Campus Recruiter.

As a Campus Coordinator, youre the heart of the recruitment campaign for young graduates across Flanders.
You build and maintain good relations with educational institutions. You organize and attend universities career fairs, communicate with students and promote our company culture. You organize recruitment campaigns or events using innovative ideas.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to build a strong employer brand among universities communities and students, be organised and make sure you stay up to date with the recruitment needs.
You work independently but never alone. It means that you must be flexible and self confident to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
1. Organize and attend recruitment events all over Flanders
2. Identify which universities source the best candidates
3. Build relationships with a network of universities and their career services
4. Manage a budget and calendar of hiring events and career fairs
5. Manage all of the administrative duties (contracts, booth setup, resources...)
Must Have
6. Fluent in Dutch & English
7. 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment or campus management or event
8. Motivated, disciplined and fun
9. Strong organization, listening and relationship-building abilities
10. Bachelor degree
11. Willing to open doors and create new contacts
12. Driving licence
Nice to Have
13. Available immediately
14. Fluent in French
15. Experience in a fast paced environment
16. Any other European language
17. Interest in the IT industry
