PositionPurpose :Propose, implement and monitorthe local sales strategy in order to achieve profitable results, by developingand managing an effective, accountable and motivated sales force, in close relationship with the Area CommercialDirector and his/her colleagues Sales Manager in the region .Key responsibilitiesStrategicResponsibilitiesPrepare and propose the local sales budget tothe Area Commercial Director .Define together with the Area Commercial Director the local sales strategy.Deploy and implement the local commercialstrategy, setting portfoliotargetsachieve quarterly and annual salesobjectives.Track and monitor local competitors to provideinsights for reviewing product offerings, pricing, and programs to grow marketshare.OperationalResponsibilitiesManage a personal portfolio of approximately 35customers across the country.Monitor sales results regularly and proposeaction plans in case of underperformance.Manage existing agreements to maximize theirvalue and scout for new business opportunities.Visit customers, including high-levelexecutives, to develop a network of key relationships.Understand and define strong KPIs to drivesales performance and enhance customer experience.Promote digital solutions (e-catalogues) tocustomers and foster a digital mindset within the sales team.Cross-functional ResponsibilitiesLiaise with non-sales departments (Finance,Marketing, Quotations, Supply/Purchasing) to receive support and provide localinsights.Maintain professional and technical knowledgeby attending workshops, building personal networks, and participating in localprofessional communities.Managerial ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the local sales team : NAM ,Field Sales representatives & Inside Sales Representatives.Deploy a performance appraisal system alignedwith Group guidelines to validate individual bonus targets and results.Continuously motivate the sales team, nurturetalents, and inspire focus on the company's growth.Ensure full compliance of the in the country ( training, KPI's,bonus scheme ,…)Minimum 7 years of significant commercial experience inB2B sales (Sales Rep, Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager).Strong experience in sales development and key accountmanagement.Business Administration degree preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Active listening and hands-on management style.Customer-centric attitude with humility andopen-mindedness.Team player with a collaborative mindset acrosssubsidiaries.Organized and structured approach to work.Digital mindset and strong computer skills.Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.Strong stress management capabilities.
