Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a passionate matchmaker with a talent for finding the right professionals? As a Recruiter at our organization, you will be a key figure in the recruitment and selection process. You will be a driving force in the recruitment team and guarantee the filling of our vacancies.


Key Responsibilities:

* You manage the recruitment and selection process from start to finish and support the team in filling the vacancies.
* You prepare promotional vacancy texts and publish them through various channels (including our website, job boards at schools, LinkedIn).
* You come into contact with various worker and employee profiles. We recruit for all our sites in Belgium.
* You take an active role in the onboarding process (contract signing, welcome and integration of new employees).
* You participate in various recruitment activities (job fairs, speed dates at schools,…).
* You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
* You consult with and report to the HR manager.


Requirements:

* You preferably have 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, experience with payroll is not required.
* You make contacts easily and you are communicative.
* You are able to switch quickly and combine a hands-on mentality with a service-oriented mindset.
* You can work in a structured and process-oriented way.
* You are very discreet, dealing confidentially with confidential data is crucial.
* A good knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language is essential for this job.
* You are team-oriented and collegial
