We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our client, a biotech company located in Zwijnaarde. In this role as Admin Support, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team and will be responsible for:

* Managing batch-related documentation, including issuing, reviewing, releasing, and reconciling records.
* Issuing and regularly reviewing established procedures.
* Coordinating the documentation flow in line with the production schedule.
* Storing and archiving GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documents and batch records.
* Reviewing GMP logs and verifying and approving SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
* You will carry out all tasks in strict accordance with safety protocols, quality systems, and GMP standards.

Profile
* Experience in administration and handling complex tasks.
* Great communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently in team and very solution oriented.
* Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP, or other similar softwares.
* The ability to adapt to shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* After six months, depending on your performance, you may be offered a permanent contract
