Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and service-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our Pharmaceutical Solutions Division (PSD) and play a key role in supporting our APAC customer base.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative skills with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. As the internal representative for our PSD customers, you will work closely with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), coordinate with internal departments, and help drive business growth through proactive account management
Job Responsibilities
1. Product Knowledge & Customer Interaction
1. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for technical product questions.
2. Monitor incoming correspondence to identify key sales opportunities and risks.
3. Collaborate with internal functions (e.g. QA, RA, Engineering, Legal) to address product-related queries
2. Sales Support & Administration
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
5. Assist Account Managers in identifying opportunities for growth and securing additional business.
6. Ensure timely, proactive, and accurate responses to customer requests, such as audit materials, certificates, or specification documents.
7. Provide transfer pricing details in coordination with Finance and Admin teams.
8. Update and maintain records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
3. Contract Management
9. Draft, review, and manage customer contracts, including follow-up through negotiation, approval, e-signature, and renewal processes.
10. Keep contract data up-to-date in our Contract Management System (CMS) and provide feedback to legal teams for continuous improvement
4. Sample Coordination
11. Manage sample requests through CRM and ensure timely shipment and tracking.
12. Maintain inventory and coordinate replenishment through the Sample App
5. General Responsibilities
13. Represent Terumo internally toward all PSD accounts.
14. Support the Account Managers in developing new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
15. Work independently and with initiative in a fast-paced, international business environment.
16. Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, supporting business growth and innovation.
Profile Description
17. Strong interest in commercial and customer service activities.
18. Prior experience in sales or internal sales support is a plus.
19. Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and CMS systems is an advantage.
20. Fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch, French, German) are a plus.
21. Proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
22. Able to adapt to cultural diversity and collaborate across departments and regions.
