You’ll support project teams in structuring and guiding data & AI workstreams, helping them navigate challenges and accelerate delivery. And throughout your work, you’ll help your colleagues by bringing clarity, ownership and momentum to every data &AI initiative.

Contribute to the development of data and AI strategies, operating models, and capability frameworks.
Support the creation of transformation roadmaps and help measure progress against outcomes.
Translate complex technology and data concepts into structured, business-focused insights and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, technology, and industry) to support integrated client solutions.
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs
Deep understanding of industry best practices in data governance and management
Provide thought leadership to the downstream teams for developing offerings and assets
Advise on technology selection and architecture for scalable Data & AI platforms.
Evaluate and recommend tools for data management, analytics, and AI deployment.
5-10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or a closely related field (operating models, transformation, or business strategy) and program management.
~ Exposure to data, analytics, or AI strategy (e.g., defining AI opportunities, governance models, or data-enabled transformation, capabilities).
~ Team-oriented mindset, curiosity, and a growth-driven attitude.
~ Language NL & FR & EN
~ Experience in Financial and/or Public services is a plus
~ Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
