Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high‑quality front-end features and components that elevate the online customer experience.
* Identify and resolve technical obstacles that may impact sprint progress or delivery timelines.
* Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, business stakeholders and the Product Owner.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing enhancements and optimizing existing code and processes.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing through demos, documentation and collaborative sessions.
Who Are You?
* You hold a higher education degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related field.
* You have several years of experience as a front-end developer and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to a team.
* You have a strong technical background in modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* You communicate confidently in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
* Key competencies for this role include innovation, collaboration, leadership mindset, empathy, problem‑solving, flexibility, drive, conflict management and fostering teamwork.
* You see the bigger picture, think about long‑term impact and are comfortable taking ownership and guiding others when needed.
