seeking a
Compliance Lead
for a significant engagement.
Job Description:
* Establish and maintain IT General Controls (ITGCs)
across various cloud and on-premise systems, in alignment with JSOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements.
* Conduct internal audits
to assess the effectiveness and compliance of ITGCs on cloud and on-premise platforms.
* Support post-merger integration activities
by implementing ITGCs for newly acquired entities, ensuring seamless compliance integration.
* Collaborate with external auditors (e.g., Deloitte)
by providing documentation, evidence, and support during IT compliance audits.
* Manage the IT project portfolio
, ensuring alignment with compliance goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Monitor and follow up on IT budget performance
.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of
IT General Controls (ITGCs)
and their role in ensuring system integrity and regulatory compliance.
* Experience in
conducting IT audits
, including planning, execution, and reporting of findings.
* Familiarity with
JSOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley)
compliance requirements and their application within IT environments.
