It has over 350 employees in Europe. In order to achieve a perfect payroll for employees in more than 6 countries, we are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist EMEA. Your new role The C&B Specialist is responsible for the EMEA payroll and the daily employee administration. As a member of the EMEA HR team, you will continuously create and improve structured processes to ensure a qualitative and timely payroll for our employees across EMEA. You will oversee the fleet management. You work closely with the HR team, finance (accounting & controlling) and have frequent interaction with the local managers and teams.
Your profile
You have an HR-related degree and experience in payroll and benefits for at least 2 European countries or in Belgium. You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You speak excellent English. You have a positive and hands-on attitude. Our customer is also open to a very experienced change manager who has experience with C&B management due to the divestiture of the company.
