In this role, you will lead mid-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring strong coordination between Business and IT, structured project governance, and high-quality delivery aligned with strategic objectives. You will act as the central point of accountability for planning, execution, communication, and stakeholder alignment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 bProject Leadership Governance /b ul liLead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations. /li liDefine objectives, priorities, and roadmaps in collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders. /li liEstablish clear governance, reporting structures, and decision‑making processes. /li liProvide regular, structured progress updates to Management and ensure stakeholder alignment. /li /ul bStakeholder Management Communication /b ul liEnsure smooth collaboration between Business teams, IT, and external partners. /li liCommunicate project status, risks, and milestones in a clear and efficient manner. /li liFacilitate workshops, steer‑co meetings, and alignment sessions. /li liBuild a strong team spirit and foster a collaborative working environment. /li /ul bPlanning Delivery Oversight /b ul liDrive project planning, prioritization, and resource coordination. /li liAnticipate risks, remove blockers, and ensure continuous progress. /li liOversee acceptance testing phases and ensure readiness for implementation. /li /ul bQuality Continuous Improvement /b ul liEnsure the quality and consistency of functional and technical deliverables. /li liContribute to process and application improvements across the organization. /li liMaintain comprehensive and structured project documentation. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 bExperience /b ul li5 to 8 years of experience in Project Leadership within Financial Services, Insurance, or complex IT environments. /li liProven track record of delivering business‑driven and technology‑enabled projects. /li liStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and development life cycles. /li /ul bLeadership Organizational Skills /b ul liExcellent planning, prioritization, and coordination capabilities. /li liStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders. /li liStructured, proactive, and quality‑driven mindset. /li liAbility to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. /li /ul bBusiness Delivery Understanding /b ul liExperience managing requirement analysis, solution alignment, and testing coordination. /li liUnderstanding of insurance or financial services processes is an asset. /li liFamiliarity with business architecture principles is a plus. /li /ul bTechnical Environment Awareness /b ul liComfortable working with IT teams and translating business needs into deliverables. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel). /li liBasic knowledge of SQL or data querying is advantageous. /li /ul bEducation /b ul liUniversity degree or Professional Bachelor. /li liIdeally a Master’s degree in Information Science, Management, or Industrial Engineering. /li /ul bLanguages /b ul liEnglish: Good to Fluent (mandatory). /li liDutch and/or French: Professional proficiency required (at least one mandatory). /li /ul h3Location /h3 pBrussels city centre. /p h3What We Offer /h3 pbImpactful Leadership Role /bbr/Lead strategic initiatives within a key insurance environment where Business and IT transformation are closely intertwined. /p pbCareer Development /bbr/Opportunities to strengthen your leadership capabilities in a fast‑growing international consulting firm. /p pbCollaborative Culture /bbr/A pragmatic and entrepreneurial environment where initiative, ownership, and teamwork are highly valued. /p pbChallenging Projects /bbr/Engagements that combine operational improvement, digital transformation, and stakeholder‑driven change. /p h3Why Join Us? /h3 pAt NORRIQ, we believe successful transformation starts with strong leadership.
