Overview
PM Group have a requirement for a Project (Construction) Director for a high profile Mission Critical Data Center construction project in Belgium
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience in the execution of large-scale Mission Critical / Data Center construction projects and the management of large multi-disciplinary construction teams. The role is client-facing and requires the ability to inspire confidence throughout all phases of construction execution.

Responsibilities
1. Overall Responsibility for the management of the Construction Project.
2. Ensure that the Construction Service complies fully with PM Group systems and procedures.
3. Overall management of project Construction Services personnel including the recruitment liaison, onboarding and on-site coordination.
4. Lead construction projects on site as required.
5. Provide leadership in the areas of Construction Health & Safety, Construction QA/QC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial and Project Controls.
6. Construction management of the General Contractor and Vendors
7. Ownership on Quality, Time and Cost
8. Work closely with PM Group Construction Services to enhance and develop the overall service delivery.
Qualifications
9. At least 10 years' experience in the construction delivery of large-scale Mission Critical and/or Data Center projects and management of multi-disciplinary construction teams
10. Bachelor or Master degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
11. Additional Professional Qualifications in Project Management desirable; Electrical or mechanical engineering background is an advantage
12. Proven track record in EHS Leadership
13. Good knowledge of BENELUX region H&S statutory requirements and understanding contractual models and supply chain capability
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
15. Strong influencing and negotiation skills
16. Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is an advantage.
